Answer “kitna baaki hai?” from the ledger, not from memory
A balance query used to mean a call to the office, someone opening Tally, and a number read out that nobody wrote down. Now the client asks in their own chat and the ledger answers: balance, last payment, next due date, and the UPI link to settle it.
Every answer names the ledger and the entry. The partner is copied only when the client asks for a person.

File the bill, chase the invoice, approve the payment, all from the phone
A purchase bill used to travel from a photo to a folder to a data-entry pass a week later. Now a photo in the chat becomes the ledger entry with GST split, and the missing GSTIN is asked for on the spot. Reminders go out on their own at day 7 and day 15, each with a UPI link, and the team stops phoning.
A vendor payment arrives as one card; one reply approves it and the ledger records who and when.

Every partner starts the day with the cash position
The cash position used to be a spreadsheet one person updated on Fridays. Now each partner gets it at nine: cash, receivables due this week, invoices at the day-7 reminder, and a question about any line is answered from the same ledger.
Month end stops being a week of calls; the exceptions are already listed.
